A member may decide they want to transfer sparks to another member through physical means. In this manner a member may open an escrow transaction with the network itself for tansfer to an indefinite member. The network will return to the user a sparkmark which contains the amount of the transaction in a transmittable file. This file may be given to any other member through physical means to be later redeemed(only once) for the amount held in escrow. This creates a method similar to cash transactions for interacting with the network. The sparkmarks may be limited to purchase amounts and demand change be tendered back to the creators account or in the form of new sparkmarks to the physical media.
